Mission
Sport that serves the community
Our mission is to make sport accessible, meaningful, and beneficial to individuals and families within the Stružnice community.
01
Our purpose
We exist to support sporting participation, encourage physical development, and create opportunities for organized and recreational activities that contribute positively to community life.
02
Why community sport matters
Sport offers more than exercise. It teaches cooperation, responsibility, discipline, respect, perseverance and mutual support — and it gives a village a shared place to meet.
03
Our commitment to football
Football is the heart of the association's sporting identity. We support organized participation built on teamwork, regular activity and positive competition.
04
Youth sporting development
Young people deserve opportunities to discover their abilities. Introducing younger generations to positive sporting experiences is an organizational priority.
05
Recreational participation
Not every player wants a league table. We value recreational football, tennis and informal activity just as much as competition.
06
Fair play and sporting ethics
Honest competition, respect for opponents and officials, and responsible conduct are non-negotiable parts of how we play.
07
Healthy lifestyles
Regular physical activity improves wellbeing at every age. We encourage active living on and off the pitch.
08
Community cooperation
We work with families, local institutions and other sports organizations because grassroots sport is strongest when it is shared.
09
Sporting facility development
Safe, accessible and well-maintained grounds make participation possible. Responsible care of the facilities we use is part of our mission.
10
Future generations
Everything we do aims to ensure that sport remains a lasting, positive part of life in Stružnice.
“Our mission is not simply about organizing sporting activities. It is about creating opportunities, encouraging participation, strengthening relationships, and ensuring that sport remains a positive part of community life.”
